A girl named Chuck? Yup, that’s her name. She's a residential, multi-family, and short term rental specialist. Monnie is the qualifying broker of WPG. His expertise includes both commercial and residential brokerage, as well as a hands on approach to property management. As a team they are on the forefront of market behaviors and utilize the latest technologies. After seven years of working at separate companies, Monnie and Chuck formed Wills Property Group to align their talents and execute their vision for a family owned company.

Monnie's roots in real estate run deep as a second generation realtor. He still works today with his father and accomplished realtor, Jerry Wills. Charlsey possesses a passion and skill for residential investments. She has helped many local and out of state investors find a cash-flowing property. This experience led her to fulfill a need in the market for short term rental management.
